The road to Col Visentin leading directly to the summit of Col Visentin is mainly unpaved and closed to private vehicles. It is possible to drive part of the way to certain starting points, but the final ascent must be made on foot along hiking trails.
Start of the walk
The walk starts at parking lot 751 Via Faverghera, in the municipality of Belluno, is a large outdoor parking lot located in Nevegal. It is located just before La Casera restaurant and serves as the starting point for numerous excursions, such as the ridge trail leading to Col Vicentin.
Then, a gentle ascent begins, with the opportunity to visit Viewpoint overlooking Lake Santa Croce.
From here, there is a sweeping view of Lake Santa Croce and the surrounding villages.
Next, a gentle climb begins, during which you will enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding area.

On the way to the top of Col Viscentin, you can stop at the Panoramic Balcony Dolomites UNESCO, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding area.
Botanical Garden of the Eastern Alps
Further along the route, you can visit the Botanical Garden of the Eastern Alps.
Next, the climb to the top of the mountain continues.
